optional fees
for stays of less than 28 nights, the optional pool & spa heat fee is $100/night or $650/week Pool heat is not needed between June-September. If you do not want pool heat but would like to heat the spa, the cost is $65/night. A utility deposit is collected for stays of 28 nights or more and the amount is based on the length of stay. The cost of Early Arrival or Late Departure is $200 each plus tax.
