this fully furnished home has a large open plan area, consisting of a formal lounge, family room, kitchen & dining area all overlooking the water It has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout for year round comfort, and all linen & towels are provided.

the outdoor entertaining area is fully enclosed and undercover, and has an 8 person outdoor setting The glass panel fencing provides unobstructed views across the water, whilst acting as a wind block when sitting outside. There is a bbq available for guest use. A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not cleaned suitably, after use.
the lake has a 4 knot speed limit, so bring the kayaks and enjoy some time on the water in tranquil weather A modern jetty is attached to the property.
