this 3 br/3 ba (2 king beds, 1 queen bed, one sleeper sectional sofa in basement, and one wide couch upstairs) lakefront home is perfect for you and your friends and/or family at the lake of the ozarks! it comfortably sleeps 9, but we've had as many as 15 guests (feel free to bring air mattresses!)
open & spacious rooms feature a large kitchen on the main level with a great room and fireplace lots of windows and tons of natural light flow in while you look out on beautiful lakefront views!
a wide stairway leads downstairs to a full-sized bar that seats 6 - great for long weekends at the lake! great size for entertaining friends and family
outside you'll find two levels of covered deck that are just a few steps from a concrete covered dock where you can swim and float on those nice summer days! there's also an attached 2 car garage

we pride ourselves in ensuring the house is stocked with almost every amenity you need besides your own clothing, toothpaste and toothbrush - read below what we provide
kitchen amenities: we have a full set of kirkland signature brand pots and pans, oxo kitchen utensils and bbq utensils (tongs, spatula and grill cleaner hanging on grill outside), plenty of dishes (12 dinner plates, 12 salad plates, 12 bowls, 12 pasta bowls), plenty of utensils (12 large forks, 12 small forks, 12 large spoons, 12 small spoons, 12 knives, along with 8 steak knives, a set of knives - large, serrated, etc, wine opener key, potato masher, a set of 5 glass bowls (different sizes), a set of 3 stainless steel bowls (different sizes). In addition we also have aluminum foil, plastic wrap, salt, pepper, olive oil, Dunkin Donuts original coffee and free filters (the coffee machine is a traditional drip coffee machine - feel free to bring your own flavor of coffee if you prefer something different) - 12 coffee mugs, 3 types of sugar packets (regular, Sweet n Low and Splenda). We also have cutting boards, cookie sheets, Ninja blender, dishwashing pods, paper towels, counter cleaner, Windex, and more. have any questions before your arrival? please don't hesitate to reach out!
bathroom amenities: we include: 12 beach towels (turkish towel style), 4 bath sheets (larger bath towels), 4 hand towels, and 4 wash cloths in each bathroom - sometimes they are in the closets, sometimes they're in the drawers We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash, along with one bar of soap by the sink - there are plenty extras in the cabinets above each toilet if more is needed during your stay.
exterior upstairs: covered balcony overlooking the mill creek cover (45mm at lake of the ozarks) with bluetooth stereo system, weber grill, dining table with 4 chairs, 2 adirondack chairs with a small side table, and two ceiling fans
exterior downstairs: covered patio with four bar height chairs and one bar height table, along with a dining table with four chairs
exterior dock: includes 6 sun loungers, bluetooth stereo, one boat slip that is 12' wide by 30' long, along with lighting and a wetsteps ladder to easily get in and out of the lake for those days where you want to hang out on the dock or swim/float in the water on those nice summer days!
# of guests: we allow up to 12 guests However, if there are more than 9 guests, we charge an additional $25/night fee for any additional guest. This helps to pay for extra cleaning, laundry, utilities, etc. to ensure we can keep Casa Del Lago in the best shape possible for all of our guests.
pet policy: we love pets and know you do too! you're welcome to bring pets, but we do charge a $150/stay (for the entire length of your trip), for up to four pets We do this so that we can help pay our cleaners for extra fur clean up, or potentially having to go towards shampooing the carpets in case accidents occur (accidents happen, and that's okay!).
security cameras: we do have two security cameras (one overlooking the driveway, and one overlooking the exterior balcony and dock) Please note - we are not Big Brother, and we are not surveilling you during your stay - we have them in place in case accidents happen and to ensure your safety.
