In the large communal garden you will find a shared chlorine swimming pool, with dimensions of 18x7 m and a depth range of between 1.2 and 2 m. Once in the flat, located on the ground floor of a three-storey building, you will find a garden terrace where you can relax while sunbathing or enjoy a meal or a drink with your companions at the large table you will find there.
