This popular ground floor unit features a primary bedroom with queen bed and new memory foam mattress and the bathroom has a combination tub/shower. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, Keurig coffee maker and ample cookware.
the bedroom and living area are equipped with smart tv’s and upgraded starlink internet/wi-fi is included A propane BBQ grill is provided for use during your stay with a patio table and chairs in the shared outdoor grilling area. "Free" unassigned parking, complimentary use of laundry facilities including detergent is also available for our guests. Beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are also provided.

other things to note: it’s a short walk to a publix grocery store approximately 1/4 mile away Junkanoo’s and the Fresh Catch restaurants, popular destinations for casual and fine dining are also located on the bay behind Publix.
