- located in the quiet, modernist town of canet de mar- just 5 minutes from the beach- ideal for families wanting to enjoy a relaxing stay by the sea- early 1900s house full of charm, preserving original wooden beams on the ceilings and a traditional inner courtyard- inside, on the ground floor, there’s a spacious and bright living room with sofas, a tv area, and a dining space, with direct access to the patio On this floor, there’s also a full bathroom with a shower.-The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make your stay easy and comfortable.
