The property is very private with two ponds for fishing and swimming, sandy beach, swim raft, firepit, large open lawn and wooded walking trails.
the property is located right down the road to the best snowmobile, orv and atv trails The lodge is 10 min from town and offers many amenities including golfing, rafting and canoeing.

the lodge offers a large living space, huge kitchen with island and dining area There are 3 main floor bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including large tub. Recently finished basement has game room, second living room, 5 additional bedrooms and 3rd bathroom. There are also multiple decks and barbeque grill.
- sandy beach, with swim raft for all
- large lawn open area for young ones to enjoy freedom ride their toys like the parents do
- nature trails throughout the property for walking and observing nature (sorry no riding machines on trails)
- we do use the property and barn on occasions to perform farming tasks while renters are staying here We wouldn't use the home or interfere with the guests as the farming is done of the main house property.
