Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Rooms, hygiene, staff, the managers (Hershal) attention towards the comforts of the guests, it was all a beautiful package. The rooms were spacious with ample natural light. Ample greenery from the windows. Approachable to hotels facilities yet at a comfortable distance that keeps the calmness of the place alive. The food there is nice if one has a taste for spicy south indian cuisine. A good place to unwind and revisit the lost lost activities we thought of doing but got lost in the hustle and bustle of life. A good luxurious affordable stay. We went there for a day of stay but ended up extending our stay for 4 days. This itself speaks of the place.

Negative: The hotel is located in Clarks campus and some of the facilities of the clarks need a revamp. Specially the attitude of the staff of their restaurant "The Goose" - irresponsible and disrespectful behaviour of their staff and specially the manager of the restaurant was regrettable.
