downstairs; living room with large fireplace with wood-burning stove, an extremely well appointed farmhouse kitchen, utility room and downstairs wC. An exquisite sunroom (third bedroom if required) with double patio doors leading directly onto the riverside gardens.
upstairs; two large bedrooms, one double with antique brass bed and a further well furnished family room with one double and a single bed A family bath/shower room with W.C All rooms enjoying views of the river and gardens.
there is a travel cot if required for an additional fee The stair gate is provided in the cottage (please bring your own bedding for the cot).
a hair dryer, iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience
electricity and heating costs are included in the price of your accommodation The cottage has oil-fired central heating which can be adjusted to suit your preferences and the seasons.
a starter basket of logs and kindling will be provided for the wood-burner in the cooler months
