Summary: Strongly recommend. Great apartment. Directions were excellent especially to parking area- great to have a garage and parking for addition car outside garage. Instructions for entry were good but could have been more explicit about oartmwbr door. We were trying to use code in lock box. Looked at electronic one if door but it wasn't clear you gave to wave at it to get display to appear. However, a call and text for assistance got a very quick response back to us with directionsApartment was very clean and well equipped. Two bedrooms and two baths were well appointed. Nice that the pull out couch (used by a 14 year old) was in the slightly enclosed office area giving a bit of privacy. TV worked well and had options to use Roku, Netflix, etc but no cable (only one person was disappointed.) Outdoor deck was a great place to get morning sun and drink my clothes (or coffee ). Chairs could be more comfortable but the two cushions helped a bit.Internet connection was strong. Please note- master bedroom seems to get heat first so set temp a little lower to comfortable. But they happens in most homes. Other tenants (only saw one on top floor) were quiet and respectful. Only heard footsteps once! Would suggest guest book include instructions on Roku. While we use Roku at home, my sister and son had never used it and were a bit confused.Also would be nice to include local restaurants. Suggest Flickers pizza for pizoul.
