disclaimer: in late 2019 hurricane dorian caused a lot of damage to all the abaco islands, and we are unfortunately still experiencing some lingering effects of that with the power grid Power does occasionally go down from time to time, and we want to make sure any potential tenants are aware of this. We are currently working to equip Breezy Hill with a backup generator, but it does not have one at this time..
