Rental cards are distributed at Guest Services (Ranch House) during the check in and registration process. The access cards will open the Community Gates, Cascade Pool and provide entry to the Athletic Center. Upon departure, access cards must be returned to Guest Services or card fee will be assessed. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
