no smoking or vaping:
~smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the home
~a $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any violation

~ we love pets but unfortunately, pets are not permitted in our home due to guest allergies
~ a $500 fine will be charged for unauthorized pets
parties & events:
~parties, large gatherings, and events are not allowed
~the neighborhood enforces quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am
~only registered guests are allowed on the property
~any violations may result in immediate eviction with no refund and additional fines
cleaning & maintenance:
~please leave the home as you found it
~take out the trash before checkout and place in the bins in the garage
~ trash pickup is thursday morning Please bring trash can to the end of the driveway Wednesday night or early Thursday morning.
~wash any used dishes or load and start the dishwasher
