Three-level elevator. Large decks including rooftop deck with comfortable furniture and amazing sunset views. Surround sound speaker system throughout beautifully appointed main living room with an open floor plan. additional family room on the ground level with a comfortable large sectional sofa and a large tv (think kids gathering room :-)))

Miniature golf is available a short distance away. Fishing equipment and kayaks are available at the Marina nearby.
