Positive: The house was clean. The owner gave us the right instructions to enter the house a day before our arrival. She also proposed us an exchange bureau with best rates. The terrace was a good place to spend time. The place was close to the markets and other places. To the city centre, it was about 15-20 minutes of walking. It had the main appliances necessarary. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
Negative: The apartment was not "brand new" anymore actually. It was easy to see that some of the stuff in the house had been in use for a long time. The bathroom did not have a proper ventilation system. In addition, there was no complimentary wine in the house in contrast to the explanation indicating that there will be one in the profile of the owner. The warning notices all around the house about what to do and what not to do (such as "keep it clean" or "do not flush anything except toilet paper into the toilet") were unnecessary and did not make us feel welcome. And, not directly related to the house but there were some drunkards in the street of the house.
