- pet is not allowed on furniture or beds
- pet must be on a leash when outside of your home
- pet must be picked up after outside if dog waste is not picked up, you will be charged $75
- pet must be in a crate while you are not at the home
- your pet must be on a flea and tick preventative - maximum weight limit of 35 lbs, no exception and only one dog allowed
if a pet is found in arrowhead that has not been pre-approved, you will have to leave immediately without a refund
