The house has so many benefits which include a games room, six large bedrooms, a separate dining room and a conservatory. The bar in the conservatory is a real feature where you can relax and socialise with the family. The property is located just a short woodland walk away through the Chines to the award winning sandy beaches and in the other direction a short walk will take you to the excellent range of shops, bars and restaurants in Westbourne Village. The accommodation would be ideal for a large family or two families sharing looking for a beach holiday with local amenities close by.

the master bedroom has a king size bed and includes a flatscreen tv with freeview, a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet and a walk-in wardrobe The second bedroom has a King Size Bed and a modern ensuite shower room with a toilet. The third bedroom has a King Size Bed and the fourth bedroom has a Bunk Bed which has a Double Bed underneath with a Single Bed above. On the second floor are two further bedrooms, a Twin Bedroom and a Quadruple Bedroom (all single beds).
