Positive: The food and meal options are SO many it's overwhelming.... but everything we ate was very good. The beds had these little pillows which also made it very compfy. I liked that they will lend you baby wagons and baby stuff such as bath tubs to make mom's life easier.
Negative: I hated that they give you water in those little plastic cups, it's such a waste. There HAS to be a more efficient and ecofriendly way to it. I also felt that our shower space was not very clean as there were hairs inside (not ours).
