🥾15 minutes to downtown tobermory, 10 minutes to the grotto, 2 minutes to singing sands and close to the bruce trail, dunks beach, halfway log dump and numerous shipwrecks Wifi included.

▶️there is even a small children's play center with slide , play boat and teeter totter
🛶there is a glass (well it’s plastic) bottom kayak and a 14 foot canoe for guest use, just ensure you wear a pfd if you go out on the water Waters are often more hazardous than they appear (hence all the shipwrecks), if there are any waves at all I would just stay in the little bay right off our shoreline.
in order to use the recreational crafts you will have to sign a waiver located in the cottage manual

do not use the wood burning stove- space heaters and instructions are provided
propane provided- one tank for the bbq and one tank for the fire table
please be gentle on septic - short showers would be ideal
wear a pfd when on the water They are located under the deck.
watercrafts are available for use after you sign a waiver
byodw- bring your own drinking water The water has a very earthy taste.
please do not operate the cukoo clock
no partying or excessive noise after 10pm
no firepit but you will have use of a firetable(we're working on it)
bookings in september and october are a little more scattered There are a few full weeks available but mostly through the week visits.
the house is occupied by a dog through the week however it is cleaned thoroughly.
