Located minutes away from downtown Oregon City, our two bedrooms house offers a cozy nest for you to sleep and relax. You will have your own private entry way, full kitchen and bathroom, patios bistro table & bbq grill. The house is convenient located near handful amazing restaurants, fun shopping and services just blocks away. Close to Willamette River, Clackamas Community College, Oregon Trail Interpretive center, Stone Creek Golf Club. 18 Miles to downtown Portland, and 21miles to Airport.

this house is located on ground-level, with one step entry to the house Guests will have full access to the entire house and on-site parking. The house is a duplex situation, only sharing one wall with our neighbor, who are super nice and friendly. You will have your own private patio area and your own entrance.

2 This house is in quiet residential area. We welcome respectful guests who will treat our neighborhood and our place as their home. This means that respectful friendly gatherings are OK. That said, loud and/or wild parties are strictly forbidden.
3 If you are booking the place for someone else and you won't be physically present during the reservation, please let us know about it. We will need the information of the person that is staying in the house, as well as a copy of their ID.

5 Check-in for guests is AFTER 4pm, and check-out is 11am on the day of departure. May-September is our high season, due to back to back turns we can not offer any early check-in or late check-out. Early check-in may be possible with additional fee during the rest of the year, please check availability with your host. In the event that extensive cleaning and/or repairs are required, check-in may be delayed until after 5:00 p.m..
