Our spacious house, Biscay Repose, sits on a secluded hillside overlooking the west shore of Biscay Pond on a one acre tranquil location among the trees.
the main living area boasts an open, airy floor plan, with timber framed cathedral ceiling, wood floors and a loft There are two dining areas, in kitchen and great room, with room for six at each table.
it is a lovely and bright home, which includes a large deck to entertain or just to relax, enjoy the sun and the views of the pond and listen to the loons There's a smaller deck off the kitchen with a barbecue grill.
the secluded backyard has plenty of room for frisbee, birdwatching, reading, or sunbathing

there is common deeded access down the road to the pond from the property for swimming or fishing Also, on Biscay Beach the north end of pond is great swimming and fishing plus a good boat launch.
