per the new 2025 sawyer county boarding room ordinance rules, this lake home currently sleeps up to 14 total guests until 9/1/25 Beginning 9/2/25 and thereafter, occupancy maximum is 12 guests. There are a total of five spacious bedrooms, six queen sized beds, one king sized bed, one pull-out sofa bed, and one futon available for use.

big chetac lake is a phenomenal 2400-acre fishing lake located in sawyer county It has a maximum depth of 26 feet. This lake is known for excellent fishing with plenty of bluegill, large-mouth bass, northern pike, small-mouth bass, and walleye. You can fish right from the dock or even ice fish in the winter. Big Chetac Lake has plenty of room for all kinds of water sports: swimming, water-skiing, sailing, pontooning, canoeing, paddleboats, kayaks or wave runners.
