Positive: Apartment was nice clean and modern and had a good sized balcony. Had access to swimming pool and beach.

Negative: Aircon was only in the lounge so it had to be turned to very cold to feel the affect in the bedroom - which would be ok if there wasn't someone sleeping in the lounge. The site was very steep which I had not appreciated from the photos - the hotel was just a gentle slope to the pool and beach, but there was a very steep hill plus several sets of steps to the apartment. This was difficult with luggage and not great to climb in the heat of summer. Probably not very suitable for older people or those with younger children.
