road to big star farm: the house is located up a narrow one-lane road It is a two-way, one-lane curvy hillside road - paved until the long, private driveway. The driveway is highly compacted and carefully maintained. Special vehicles are not required. We provide detailed written driving directions to confirmed guests.
stairs: there are 8 stairs from the main parking area to the front door and several steps from the back deck to the ground level/parking area There are 20 stairs to the lower garden area and multiple natural and groomed paths around the property.
pet friendly: big star farm is very dog-friendly with 25 acres of fenced forest and protective sofa covers available. Up to 2 large dogs allowed per reservation. Additional pets may be considered on a case by case basis.
