the living room is equipped with a sofa bed and a tv The sofa bed is prepared if there are three travelers. If there are two of you, and still wish to use the room and sofa bed, please make a reservation for three.

it is a quiet, secure apartment in a house, and the flat is all yours during your stay However since sound carries in the backyard we ask that our guests respect the quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Even regular talking is clearly audible to the neighbors when the door is open or people are in common areas so please be courteous. Thank you.
