actually located in the small hamlet of san sano This is an exclusive location that has only about 50 residents. There are no tourists that flock to this village. The small turn around road, ensures that there is little auto traffic. Sometimes hours pass before you see an auto. There is an outdoor private space, near our vineyard you can enjoy without others around. The entrance to the villa is up a private stair to a small private balcony and private entrance. Parking is easy at the front of the building. It is self check in, so no contact is required with staff. New cleaning procedures are in place to ensure a safe environment for your holiday. One of the best restaurants in the Chianti is just across the street and they will package your food for you to take home. In our changed world, this is an ideal location.

This familiar feeling will stay with you during your entire stay as you enjoy the village and interact with the most friendly of all Italians in this small hamlet. san sano is a completely, lovingly restored 700 year old hamlet of approximately 50 residences is unlike any village found in the chianti Here you will enjoy your days like a true Italian and spend evenings in complete silence. You will awake to the songs of local birds and enjoy the views of vineyards and olive orchards as you savor your espresso or glass of Chianti from the private balcony or outdoor garden. End your evenings grilling dinner al fresco in our private garden area tucked near our vineyard. The outdoor dining area is also a great place to sit and enjoy the view of the pool and hillsides.
