large outdoor area has a beautiful set up with plenty of sun and shade, large fenced yard, a tiki hut with teak lounge chairs , weber bbq , large pool where you can swim, or relax on comfortable pool chairs and lounge furniture( per your request, a daily rate of $ 40 will be added for pool heating) , --however, most of the winter/spring months the pool is warm because the temperatures outside are so high. you might never need the heater on. Outdoor shower for rinsing off.
