- only the number of guests in the booking are allowed to stay overnight in the house If more guests sleep at a location than the number originally stated in the booking, the security deposit will be charged in full.
- our neighborhood is a residential street with lovely neighbors and we respectfully require that quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 8am
- please no shoes inside the house as this keeps our floors looking nicer for longer
- we do not allow smoking of any kind inside the property breaking this rule will incur a 250$\day fine.
- if you're bringing a pet, please disclose at the time of booking There is a $25/day pet fee for each pet. No more than 2 pets are allowed at one time.
- late checkout will be charged $50 This fee is applied to any late checkout between 11 am and 1 pm. Any guest who is still in the location after 1 pm will be charged for an extra night. This does not apply if we have approved a late checkout in advance.
- if a location is left in an exceptionally messy state, we will charge $40 for every extra hour of cleaning required
- if you notice anything that presents a danger that could result in damage to the location or to any individuals, let us know immediately
