this beautifully furnished 2 br + 2 bath condo is located in the prime location of the santa clarita valley (in valencia) Sparkling clean & completely furnished down to the last detail. High ceilings, fireplace, washer & dryer in the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your culinary needs and has newer stainless steel appliances & Bosch dishwasher. Enjoy morning coffee on the large 28 ft pool view patio with table & umbrella overlooking the pool area. In the winter, warm your toes next to the cozy fireplace.
the town center mall and over 15 popular restaurants & movie theater are a short walk from the condo Starbucks & Whole Foods market are located across the street. valencia is known for it's beautiful tree-lined streets & paseos with over 25 miles of biking/walking paths You'll appreciate our award winning landscaping & three resort-like pool areas in the complex plus lighted tennis courts. There's a large grassy park close by and the YMCA is just a 5 minute walk.
the price includes utilities: live roku tv (w/ apple tv, paramount +, netflix & prime), gas, water, 500mb high-speed internet & up to $175 month toward electricity Since this is a "mid-term" rental property (60 night min) not a vacation rental per se, a CREDIT CHECK & signed monthly rental agreement are required. Summary: I’m a traveler RN working at a hospital near by (only 3 mins away!) and this place could not have been more perfect! This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is cozy, clean and quiet. You get an amazing view of the pool and jacuzzi. Parking is never an issue. You get 2 assigned parking in a secured garage and plenty of visitor parking. The neighbors are friendly and overall a safe community. Also, very pet friendly:). Location of the place is awesome. Everything is so close by…even walkable! There’s Starbucks, grocery stores, target, the mall, lots of food places to choose from, and even a big park with lots of trails all in walking distance. And there’s so much more! The property owner, Cyndi, has been awesome from the very beginning. She is kind and very helpful. She responds very quickly via text and/call. I can communicate with her very easily if I had any issues, but so far, I have none! I can’t ask for a better place to stay at while working in Santa Clarita. I really got lucky with this one :). Thank you!
