There is high speed internet, brand new Samsung 55 inch 4K UHD 120 Hc television with high end Samsung sound bar and electric fireplace with heat, a laundry room and a gated parking garage. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need for cooking and barbecuing including olive oil, spices, coffee maker, Starbucks coffee and filters.
