Positive: This property is located in a great neighborhood. The owner answered all of my questions, with very responsive communication. The best thing about the place is the accessibility of access to the apartment. The biggest key factor for us was the designated On-site parking area located on the side of the building. The ease of entry was also immaculate, as the unit is located on the first floor. Everything was clean, and stocked full of all the amenities one could need. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place to stay in Wooster square.
Negative: A couple things that could benefit this spot is to install blackout roll shades under the blinds in the bedrooms. The bedrooms have glass windowed doors which allows a lot of light when trying to sleep. Maybe placing some window film on the glass to help minimize light. This would keep the integrity of the glass doors esthetic, with adding functionality and privacy to the rooms. Overall these things are minimal, and should not keep you from enjoying your stay at this beautiful place.
