excellent hiking all around Wonderful dining in Phoenicia and Woodstock, and fresh produce at local farm stands for home cooking. Fire pit. Grill. New outdoor salt-water hottub. Large porch with swing and outdoor seating. Big-screen TV for Netflix, Amazon, etc., or DVDS (no cable or broadcast tv). In winter you need AWD/4WD to get up hill.
