Relax into each night of your stay with deluxe and carefully curated furnishings and plenty of natural light. Enjoy the oversized smart TV and workspace in the living room, and a luxe eight-person dining table and four-person breakfast bar in the dinning/kitchen area.Two master bedrooms feature astounding walk-in showers and double vanities while each bedroom has room-darkening shades and comfortable beds with an extra work space in the master bedroom. a security camera above the outdoor entryway facing the street to provide peace of mind during your getaway. You’ll have access to all living areas, back yard and pool with street parking and two parking spots in front of the garage (garage occupied with personal belongings). Side driveway occupied with owners travel trailer. Pool and yard are maintained weekly. guest count: your guest count can meet but not exceed the number of guests you booked on your rental agreement during the day or overnight AirBNB/VRBO reserves the right to have all guests removed from property for guest count violations. Exceeding guest count will result in forfeiture of deposit.
pool: the pool accommodates your allotted guests Please leave the pool cleaner in the pool at all times. It is not to be removed or taken out of the water. This ruins the instrumentation, the pump and the motor. Pool settings, switches or dials may not be adjusted. Given our desert surroundings and pools being outdoors, it is common to find leaves and dirt/debris in the pool. During their stay, guests are welcome to use the skimmer at their discretion to remove any such debris. Removal of the cleaner from pool will result in $185 service fee for our pool team to recalibrate system. The pool is serviced once a week. Wind, dust, and rain storms are common in Arizona and can leave debris on the top and bottom of the pool. It is the responsibility of the guest to skim pool if they would like to use it between pool servicing.
