Come and relax at the lake! Great views and plenty to do. Kayaks and floats for you to enjoy. Floating swim platform and a dock that is kid friendly. Have a boat? We have the perfect place for you to tie it up while you're here. our lot is full of old trees that keep us cool, even on the hottest of days~

the house is waterfront on lake norman The pier extends out to deep water with a floating dock. The pier has a gate that can be closed for the safety of small children.
the cottage is a one level duplex We live on one side and rent the other. It has a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and 2 full baths. & a porta crib also available.
there is a living room, dining area, and large deck with chairs and a grill Firepit & hammock for your enjoyment.
