this gorgeous cozy 2-bedroom cottage is located directly on the saltwater marsh with spectacular views from its private deck With southern exposure, enjoy sunrises and sunsets while watching the ever changing high and low tides of the marsh. The low country wildlife with herons and egrets is on full display. The unit is within walking distance to the newly renovated clubhouse, golf, pickleball, and tennis.
our home was completely remodeled in 2023 It is bright, cheerful, and provides comfort in all seating and resting areas. The side facing the marsh is all glass! Luxury vinyl plank flooring is consistent throughout the unit. It is the last unit in a row of cottages allowing for privacy.
