It is also within walking distance from Third Street South, where you will find restaurants, shops, and unique boutiques and galleries.
this gem of a complex ( 5th avenue beach club ) only has 14 units and offers a heated pool and a large front courtyard patio that adds to the outside enjoyment

The first bedroom includes a bathroom ensuite with an enclosed shower and we also provide a hair dryer. While the second bedroom has a bathroom just down the hallway. This second bathroom has a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo and we also provide a hair dryer.
