2 During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (although this is not common)
3 An early check-in, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4 Check-ins are done by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5 Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
