This beautiful condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. It is elevated above the beachside landscaping so you can watch the Atlantic Ocean, rocket launches, sunrises, pelicans, dolphins and more without leaving our ground level condo's interior or balcony. The beach, pool and other amenities are just steps away. My wife and I live nearby in Viera so the condo is very clean and includes everything you will need. It has a large heated pool, secure entry, spa, fitness center, tennis court and underground parking. Conveniently located to other activities besides the ocean. Our place is ideal for a retired couple or remote workers escaping the winter months or anytime to just get away.

Building common areas include a communal heated pool, spa and hot tub, fitness center and tennis court. The rent includes a private underground secured parking space protected from the elements. The condominium has two full time staff members for building maintenance and emergency help should you need it.
