this tahoe heaven will be the next great stay of your adventures in tahoe! this beautiful home has so much to offer! such as a view of the lake from many of the rooms, a fireplace, and plenty of space to entertain the family This house sits on a corner lot between two streets so there is plenty of room in the backyard to play Bocce Ball in the summer or go sledding down in the winter.

this house has a large living room that flows into the kitchen and and sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 25 baths. When you walk into the house, you find a split level with the bedrooms downstairs and the living space upstairs. The upstairs has an open layout connecting all of the main rooms. A large living room with a pair of recliner chairs and a large couch for the family to watch a movie on the smart TV and Bose soundbar so your group is entertained or enjoying the great rock-lined gas fireplace. The living room also has plenty of books and games for the family and for the adults a wet bar with a built-in wine fridge. Off of the living room is a large dining table with seats for 6 people and a balcony off of there with a gorgeous view of the lake. During the summer, the balcony will have patio furniture to relax on. Continuing into the kitchen, this kitchen has everything you could need with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of space to cook a large family meal. Just down the hallway is the half bath and access to the garage that has a BBQ that you can use in the driveway.
downstairs encompasses each of the 3 bedrooms The primary bedroom has a large king bed, smart TV, an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet and a private balcony with a view of the lake. The large room is its own little retreat away from the rest of the house with pictures around the room that are Tahoe-inspired. The ensuite bathroom has a jetted tub, a large standing shower, and heated floors. Just outside the room in the hallway is the washer and dryer. Down the hall are the two smaller bedrooms and the other full bathroom. The full bathroom has a shower/ tub combo and heated floors as well. The blue room has a queen bed and Tahoe-inspired pictures just like the master bedroom. The room has another view of the lake that you can see from lying in bed. The last bedroom had two twin beds perfect for the kids. The lower hall also has a closet with laundry machines available for guests to use during their stay.
