When finished everything will be new including beds and furniture. It offers 3,600 square feet of living space. It has an open floor plan with the kitchen, living and dining area open to 2nd floor deck with a beautiful view of the beach. Three bedrooms walk out to the over 1400 square ft of deck space. It has great views the beach and ocean from its many windows. There is ample parking and a large backyard. This is a premium home with hardwoods, granite, and amenities you would expect like central air-conditioning. Most importantly, it is 40 yards from one of the state’s best beaches.
