located in the residential neighbourhood "chassin" in anglet, at around only 5 minutes of drive to biarritz and anglet's beaches, and 2 km to biarritz town centre, golfs, and many shops : french bakeries/pastries, tobacconists, groceries, pharmacy,pizzas.. You also have Les Halles des 5 Cantons (a farmer market/food court), in the neighbourhood.
this 170m² villa designed by an architect, is welcoming and warm Very bright and full of light, all the rooms overlook the garden and pool : the 9X4 meters pool is salt treated, heated at 28 Celius degrees (during summer) and secured by an electric shutter. The garden patio is about 120m² with sun lounger and an outdoor lounge to enjoy the sun or have a drink.
