This beautifully newly built cottage sits in the Lake District’s eastern border in the Lunesdale valley. Situated in the grounds of Roundthwaite farm the property has fantastic views down the valley towards Sedbergh and North to Penrith and the Lakes.

the location could not be better for access to the national parks The M6 junction 38 is only 2 miles away and from there you can easily drive to the North Lakes and Keswick or Kendal and onto Windermere and Ambleside. being on the border of the yorkshire dales national park you can also venture into the dales or the eden valley
