the family room/br (pull-out queen sofa) has a tv & desk Includes 2 pocket doors that can comfortable be closed for sleeping. It's located off the kitchen/living room on the main level. Main level also has a full bathroom with a shower.
the 2nd floor has a 3 br's, 2 full bathrooms and laundry room with a new lg washer & dryer
the master br also has a king bed, queen sleeper sofa, tv, walk-in closet and full bath which includes a shower, jacuzzi tub & double sink
guest br has a king bed, tv & a swivel, reclining chair for just relaxing with a good book
3rd br upstairs has 2 separate bunk beds for the kiddos to enjoy
the outside deck has 6 adirondack chairs surrounding a natural gas concrete fire pit Outdoor dining table & chairs plus a natural gas grill. Large grassy area allows you to enjoy sitting on the deck while watching the kids play at the playground or play many of the outdoor games available. A sidewalk surrounds the playground for small children to bring their skateboards or scooters for safe riding.
property also includes 4 adult bikes, 2 beach bags with beach towels, soccer goals with ball, go sports ladder toss, giant 4-in-a-row game, ace professional cornhole, potato sack race bags, football, spikeball pro kit and air-hockey game Games can be played in the garage or can be moved to the grassy area off the back deck for everyone's enjoyment. Also includes board games & cards for adults & children.
for your convenience we also have a portable crib with mattress & sheets, highchair, baby gate, potty training seat & each bathroom has a folding step stool for the kids
