street parking is not permitted If a vehicle is parked on the street overnight a $750 dollar fine may be imposed or TOWING!! The home has space for 4 car midsized cars. Two to be parked in the garage and two to be parked on the driveway.

the home will be cleaned prior to arrival and after departure If you would prefer additional housekeeping services during your stay, please contact the host at least 5 days prior to check-in so these services can be arranged.

the home comes equipped with a sonos sound system to provide sound inside and outside the home You will be able to download the Sonos app or stream music directly from your phone using Airplay. It is imperative to abide by the outside quiet hours which run from 9pm to 9am. During these hours no sound is to be permitted outdoor per city code.
