Central cooling and heating. An excellent swim dock with a jet ski lift and the ability to moor your boat to the swim dock. Closest boat ramp is in Lucerne, approximately 5 miles away.

there are security cameras at our house There are security cameras on premise, which will be turned off once you arrive. There are 4 cameras located outside, 2 are located facing the driveway, one facing the hot tub and one facing the dock. The driveway and dock cameras will remain on for security purposes and to help us monitor the lake water levels for our docks.
