There are lots of epic restaurants and bars to walk too without having to take any form of transport. The apartment is of a fine neutral taste and has all you need to enjoy the Dubai lifestyle. The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Opera are all within walking distance.

our charming 2 bed apartment is located on the 17th floor so the views are awesome Greeted by the concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.
with an open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite tV.), you'll also love the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee.
the kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even gordon ramsay would be proud of We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you I’m sure.

there is a private car parking space and the nearest supermarket is less than a 5/10-minute walk away as well as other useful shops
the burj khalifa, dubai mall and dubai opera are all within easy walking distance The nearest public transport is the Dubai Metro which is a 10 min walk away and connects you to the rest of the city.
