this beautiful 2 br 2 ba unit is ready to help you make some wonderful ocean city memories It features laminate flooring throughout. The living room area has plenty of seating for the family and a large flat screen TV. The full kitchen is perfect for families looking to cook some of those cost saving meals at home and the dining area has plenty of room for the family. The bedrooms have a king bed in the master, a pyramid bunk bed with a double/single combo along with a queen sleeper sofa. All the bedrooms have flat screen TV's. The large balcony is perfect for relaxing and taking in the summer breezes coming off the bay. There is a washer/dryer in the unit along with wireless internet.
the complex is very well maintained and features a large outdoor pool/baby pool Located near 120th street, you are close to many fantastic restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Green Turtle and Lombardi's to name a few. Entertainment such as miniature golf, go-carts, jet ski rentals, paddle boards and water parks are all just a short drive away. You’ll also love the proximity to several grocery stores and Malls for last-minute supplies. If you are looking for a break from the beach, Northside Park is a short drive/walk away with numerous fun activities for the family including fireworks on Sunday nights. if you don't want to go to the park to watch the fireworks, this unit's balcony provides an excellent view of the exciting show!
