This fully self-contained holiday home has 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is located in Beach Ridge Estate overlooking a beautiful shady park . A 1 km leisurely walk to the beach and cycle ways. This home allows you to relax, enjoy the surroundings or have a drink on the veranda whilst watching the children enjoy the park.
this is the ideal holiday home for two families allowing you to stay comfortably with two main bedrooms both with ensuites bathrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed A bunk room for the children and a double room for teenagers or grandparents. There is a third bathroom which includes a bath and a powder room located in the laundry. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, we don't have air conditioning. The property will comfortably sleep 6 adults and 4 children.
