Once your car is parked in the underground parking garage, you will not have to move it unless venturing out to explore Southern California. This property is located 20 minutes from Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and Angel's Stadium (home of the Los Angeles Angels) and approximately 60 minutes away from Universal Studios, San Diego and a host of other major attractions. Catalina Island, voted the most "Romantic Island" in the world by Travel & Leisure, is only 1 hour away by boat and 15 minutes away by helicopter.
this 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo has all the amenities and is located on the 2nd floor The unit is accessible from the parking garage by an elevator. Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sofa in the main room pulls out to a bed. Full kitchen, gas fireplace, dining area, laundry room (with washer & dryer). There is a 70" flat screen TV in the main room and a 55" TV in the bedroom. Both televisions are wall mounted. Wifi is included. The balcony is perfect for watching the waves and relaxing!! There is an extra large jacuzzi in the complex with a great view of the ocean and sunsets.
