although this part of the bay isn’t typically used for swimming, it is perfect for young children wading and water sports like paddle boarding and kayaking There are lots of local places to eat, grab ice cream, rent bikes or paddle boards, etc. or drive 15-20 mins into the beach towns of cape may and wildwood to swim with lifeguards and surf the real waves!
